Changes

• Add root README.md decribing the Inviscid product.
• Add Caddy to docker/gitea/compose.yaml as the TLS endpoint.
• Set Gitea DOMAIN/ROOT_URL to git.inviscid.dev / https://git.inviscid.dev/.
• Update docker/gitea/README.md for the HTTPS deployment.
