Update the README to describe the hostname-based HTTPS deployment, and create a repository-wide README.
Acceptance criteria:
- [x] Replace mentions of a temporary deployment with the Caddy + Gitea architecture.
- [x] Document the Caddy service, Caddyfile, persistent certificate volumes, and shared network.
- [x] Update the access instructions from the SSH tunnel to https://git.inviscid.net.
- [x] Create a README.md for the repository.
